Saturday, Federal Judge R. Barclay Surrick dismissed a lawsuit claiming Obama is disqualified from the presidency. Surrick ruled the man who filed the suit, Democratic attorney Philip J. Berg, had no case for any particular injury and thus lacked standing to sue.
Today, Hawaii Governor Linda Lingle sealed Obama's birth certificate denying press requests for a copy of it.
