Here's an update from our friend on the "Please pray" post below:
Thank you for praying this week. I went back to the same restaurant yesterday and today with hopes of seeing the young men again and I saw them today. When I approached them I asked the "father" what had transpired this week with his girlfriend and he told me that it was not his girlfriend but that he was talking about someone else's girlfriend. If I assume I overheard parts of the conversation incorrectly some of the things still don't make sense such as why he didn't tell me that last week. Nevertheless, I was able to briefly share with them my continued concern for the protection of the unborn and able to find out that they eat at this restaurant regularly. I told them I hoped to see them next week and the second young man mentioned last week appeared open to that. I once again encouraged them to take my name and phone number to the friend and his girlfriend and explained to them again that we or others we know would be happy to support this couple to have the baby.
Thank you again for your prayers. Regardless of the outcome the Lord has used this to increase my prayer life and encourage me to be bolder for His Kingdom.
